If you find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns despite your best intentions, this immersive healing experience is designed to help you understand why—and learn what to do differently.
This intensive retreat combines education, experiential healing, practical skill-building, and deep personal reflection to help participants recover from relational trauma, maladaptive attachment patterns, emotional invalidation, and other experiences that can disrupt self-worth and healthy connection. Through a gentle, trauma-informed approach, participants gain insight into the unconscious beliefs, coping strategies, and relational dynamics that keep old patterns in place.
By the end of the experience, participants leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater confidence in their ability to navigate relationships, a clearer sense of self-worth, and a concrete set of tools for breaking repetitive cycles.
This is more than a workshop. It is an opportunity to move beyond survival, reconnect with yourself, and begin creating relationships that reflect your value rather than your wounds.

A Back to Basics Healing Immersion for Reset, Clarity, and Change
Moringa Sagrada is an established holistic retreat site and working moringa grove located in Sinchal, Ecuador—a quiet rural coastal community just inland from Montañita and Olón. Known for its lush river valleys, ocean air, and mountain views, this region offers a natural environment that supports slowing down, recalibration, and deep personal reflection.
This retreat is designed as a “Back to Basics” immersion—an intentional step out of overstimulation, routine identity patterns, and survival-based coping strategies, and into a grounded, nature-centered environment where real internal change becomes possible.
This is not a resort experience. It is intentionally simple, communal, and nature-integrated.
Healing With Good Energy - A Positive Environmental and Ecological Footprint
This retreat is built on the principles of eco-tourism and community-based tourism, meaning your investment directly supports local residents, businesses, growers, and service providers. By sourcing local meals, fruits, and services whenever possible, we help ensure that the economic benefits of the retreat remain within the community.
Surrounded by nature and sustainable plant species such as moringa and neem trees, participants are invited into an environment that reflects our commitment to both personal healing and environmental stewardship. We believe transformation is not only about how we care for ourselves, but also about the impact we leave behind. By choosing a community-centered retreat experience, you become part of a model that supports local livelihoods, sustainability, and shared well-being.
This experience combines structured guidance with spacious integration time so you can actually process and apply what you’re learning in real time.
Throughout the retreat, you will be supported in:
Understanding repeating emotional and relational patterns
Developing tools for self-regulation and internal awareness
Building practical skills you can use immediately in daily life
Strengthening your ability to respond instead of react
Creating space between impulse, emotion, and action
Reconnecting with your internal experience in a grounded way
One-on-one sessions with CC are included and strongly recommended, alongside group workshops, experiential practices, and guided reflection.
Each day is structured to balance guidance, practice, and integration:
Morning grounding or group practice
Midday workshop or skills-based session
Afternoon free time for rest, reflection, nature, or solitude
Meditative Activities Available
Evening optional group integration or discussion circle
Or Partial Day Group Outing
Additional offerings may include meditation practices, yoga, and scheduled excursions to nearby beaches, Montañita, waterfalls, swimming holes, and whale watching.
